My 360 is on its way back from repairs, so I'll be sure to be playing this amazing game next weekend!

The ego some of the fans of this have is just outstandingly annoying. Basic rail shooter with simple effects that you would expect from Windows Media Player. Rez was a much more diverse game, and that is $10.

Bring your shit, world! SEGA Rally Championship was and always will be Mizzy's best game.

I hope you're not serious dude. Have you even played the game? Admittedly, I have not yet played it (360 in for repairs blah blah blah), but the glowing reviews and gameplay footage hardly makes it sound like a basic rail shooter with simple effects. It sounds like a pretty fantastic game, looks like a lot of fun to play and the graphics are very impressive.

Quit drinking the haterade, or I'll start calling you cube junior.

Reviewers generally are more favourable to artsy games, which this is, despite them usually being pretty basic, which this is.

And I would never call this game to have impressive graphics, that's an insult to games with impressive graphics.

Perhaps not impressive in the sense of ultra real detailed environments, but I definitely think they're impressive in a creative sense.

Still haven't gotten this game yet, hopefully will pick it up by the end of the week. Might be nice to dust off the Kinect.

I have to disagree about the graphics.  I think they're really great for something that's supposed to change and move along with the background track that you're hearing... which is the point of the level of creative visuals in this game.  They're trying to portray synesthesia, which I think they're doing pretty well.

I don't think great graphics have to be something that is so close to the actual object you see in real life.  This game certainly gives a great deal of alternative artistic visuals for the consumer/gamer.

Alas, I have yet to experience this game hands on so i can't say anything about the gameplay.  I have a PS3 with the PS Move so i'm still waiting for the port.

Well that depends on the person themselves surely. I myself only see Windows Media Player set on automatic with a bunch of flying lightbulbs, others may get joy from it and even some meaning, I shall not. To each their own.

You are thinking of art direction, whilst I was speaking purely from a graphical view point, which are not impressive.

So what, in your opinion, is a trait of impressive graphics that this game should have?

I never stated the game should have impressive graphics, I merely pointed out that the game has no such level of technical marvel as Barry first implied.
