I played through the demo of Valkyria Chronicles 2 last night.  It seems like a very worthy follow up to the first.  The only things that seemed to be sacrificed a bit were the amount of camera control (you can only rotate around the character, and move the camera above you to get a better look around), and the graphics obviously.
The visuals are actually pretty impressive for a PSP game, and do a good job of emulating the look of the PS3 title.  The characters aren't as detailed up close, but other than that it looks pretty great.  Definitely nothing that affects the gameplay adversely.
I'm really looking forward to picking this one up, and trying out some of those new unit types.

Traded in bioshock 2 for bad company 2.

I actually make a habit of not trading games as you get screwed usually.
I got £30 for it and I bought it for £40 originally so I still felt a bit dirty.

Haven't played much of it, couple of matches online and a singleplayer mission. So far it's nowhere near as compelling as the first. Hopefully it's just a slow start.

Got two more trophies for sasar, need to get AAA on the missions before getting the hidden trophies.

I've finished off the first 2 (of 6) levels in Drill Dozer on the GBA.  It's kind of a 2d puzzle/platformer.  They keep adding little things that you can do with the drill to get you around the levels, so it keeps things pretty interesting.  Definitely worth checking out if you've got a GBA/DS/DSLite.

I was given darksiders as a gift so have given that a try, it's pretty good so far, a lot like soul reaver.

I went to an Oscar party Sunday night, and we started off the night playing Just Dance for the Wii.
It's definitely not a great game (not quite spot-on controls, no master tracks, not a whole lot of songs), but as far as getting a bunch of people in a room to make complete asses of themselves, it was good solid fun.
The visual style suites the game, but the menu's are a bit of a pain.

I finally picked up Bayonetta. For some stupid reason, I did this right before Yakuza 3 comes out, and also during the busiest time of my school year....ugh.

I've only played through the first 3 chapters, but I'm really enjoying it so far.  I'd never played a Devil May Cry game, and really sucked at Shinobi(PS2), and Ninja Gaiden, so I wasn't too sure how much I'd enjoy it.  But it's been pretty awesome so far.

I've been playing heavy rain today, it's basically like a David lynch film. Pretty powerful in some places and really creates great atmospheres in situations.
I'm not going to go into the story or what I have done but the game is excellent.

I do like that the trophies are delayed, you get the ones you've unlocked at the end of each chapter.

Just finished Mass Effect 2 the other day, bloody brilliant game. Very very long, tons of stuff to do, and the story and gameplay is really good. It also has that great carry-over save system like Shining Force III had, so you can see how your decisions affect the story and characters.

Looks like in Mass Effect 3 the shit is about to hit the fan, so I can't wait to see what happens. I managed to keep my whole team alive though, so that was really rewarding.

On another note, I finished Predator campaign on AVP, and have been playing a bit of hte multiplayer before I go into the Alien one.

Finally, I was surprised to stumble on this gem of a game

Downloaded it and played it on the Neo Geo emu on my Wiz, so much fun and such great music and graphics! SNK really had some awesome games back in the day. I just wish the Wiz had a better d-pad for fighters so I could play KOF 94 and stuff. Oh and Windjammers! Another great SNK classic!

I have too many games to play at the moment, I always seem to get them as birthday presents as people don't know what to get me.

I finished heavy rain, i doubt I'll try for the platinum as I don't want to ruin the experience.
I still have bad company and darksiders to go through, and I want to plat sasar.

Damn, being a dork is exhausting.
