In my life there's a time when I've been at my lowest too when I was full of debt, unable to sleep peacefully, and going to work always scares me because it's really a tough one.
While my life is kinda hard too right now thankfully I can alwalys sleep peacefully right now.
I've mastered to control my own mind ... well not always but at least at the night before sleeping.

I watched a youtube video where they recommended two books by David R. Hawkins (Letting Go and Power vs Force) so I bought and read them.
Both books gave me the same "map of consciousness" and explained in how we vibrate ourselves to control our consciousness.
