From some franchise yes.
The kind of loyalty in Mario or Persona fans when they would not hesitate to pre-order a new Mario or Persona game since it always guaranteed to be good.
Bad games on some franchises in the past can damage fans loyalty and sadly SEGA has many of them.
But, again, it needs to be built up from reminding current audience of the classics.
I understand why making "Origins" games for other series will take too long, but it follows my point that if Sega wants to reintroduce Shinobi, Golden Axe and other classic IPs to the public, they should re-market the original classic games for modern audience.
Like on the Golden Axe thread when you said fans regard Shinobi:AoV a bit expensive for a 2D side-scroller, or Golden Axe cartoon applying unneeded humour, if these games had their own Origins compilations like what Sonic had, then todays audience will get to know these games better.
But yeah, I get that making such games would take too long. It's either that or Sega encouraged fans to play emulators of these games.
