I guess you pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition then,
because regular edition didn't get the 3-day early access treatment.
True. I still don't have a Sega Account, and don't need one given I got the blue Shinobi uniform.

Yeah, I probably could've got it for free with the account, but it was only £1.69

I only pre-ordered regular edition on Switch so no 3-day early access treatment for me. I started playing on the release date.

I'm still salty about "digital deluxe" thing with SEGA after shameless pull they did in Sonic Origins.
They forced me to buy the same contents again since they put the digital deluxe content in "Plus" upgrade with no option to buy only the new contents.
The new contents are about $5 but they priced it $10 since it includes the digital deluxe content that we already have.
Well, the difference is just $5 but it's not just about the money.
It's about how you treat your consumers fair and square.

Sega's marketing is bad at times. I'm salty given I already own Sonic Generations Collection, but Sonic X Shadow Generations doesn't offer a discount on Steam for anyone who already owns Sonic Generations.

They could've at least sold Shadow Generations seperately and offer the changes to Sonic Generations as a DLC for the original game.

Yeah. Plus there is Denuvo thing ... that makes it hard for their games to get "Overwhelmingly Positive" user reviews since there are always fans who kept downvote it for the game having Denuvo.

Why is Denuvo bad? I mean, if others say it's bad then sure, but I won't stop getting Sega games over it.

I've noticed fans have been pitting these games against one another of late.

Well, denuvo can increase CPU usage, leading to performance issues like longer load times, frame rate drops, and overall worse optimization.
If you played the single player game, it doesn't matter much.
But if it's a competitive online games, it could be frustating.

Also for Steam Deck ... Denuvo causes problems on the Steam Deck mainly by triggering its activation limit, locking users out for 24 hours when changing the Proton version or machine ID. These frequent hardware changes are misinterpreted by Denuvo as new devices, even when the device itself hasn't changed.

The irony of denuvo is that ... everyone except pirates are affected by it.

It's kinda different though.
NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound's most challgening things are the bosses while SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance are the jumping platforms.

I see. I guess I never had those issues because I usually play by myself/

True, but they're both ninja platforming games, but it's good they have variations of reasons to set them apart than whose the better ninja.

They may be equal in 2D version but in 3D version unfortunately Ninja Gaiden has moved forward so far compares to Shinobi.
