Yes there are but they sell cocktails (may be mixed with herbs, spices, flowers, and of course fruits, but no alcohol).
Some in international hotels and beaches do sell alcohol (with government permission) but only sell it to foreigners.
Their business license could be revoked if they sell it NOT to the foreigners.
What strange laws. To ban alcohol from your own people, but allow it for tourists. I mean, sure to make money, but unfair to the locals.
