Valkyria Chronicles 3: All you need to know

SEGA has confirmed the official release date for Valkyria Chronicles 3, it will come out on January 27th, both on retail (¥6,279) and digital download (¥5,660).

The full name of the game is Valkyria Chronicles 3: Unrecorded Chronicles, the game will have an all new cast of characters, just like the part 2. The game will also take place in 1935, the same time as the first game.

Shining Hearts coming out this winter

The game is hitting Japanese store shelves on December 2nd for ¥6,279 ($74).

If you pre-order it you get a pirate fan disc that will include a soundtrack with song samples, voice collection, PC and PSP wallpapers, and a high resolution video of the game’s opening cinematic. Sorry, no Disney movie starring Johnny Depp.

This is the part in the article where I write “This is a fake Shining game, this is a fake Shining game.”

Vanquish coming out before Halloween

Famitsu has given up the date for Vanquish, it will be hitting store shelves on October 21st on both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The only issue with the release date is that its Japan only.

Though, I thought I heard that the game was being released worldwide at the same time? I doubt it, but I’m sure we will probably get it in early 2011.

Alpha Protocol trailer “A Man Alone” and release date announced

It seems we may finally get a solid date for SEGA’s latest RPG developed by Obsidian. Schedule for release way back in 2009 and delayed, if my memory serves me right, upto three times, SEGA has finally penciled in a date, May 27th and May 28th for Australia and Europe respectively and a slightly later date of June 1st for North America. In the mean time we get to enjoy a snazzy new trailer that shows a little more about the world and the events occurring in Alpha Protocol.
