I'm interested in checking out the new Pokémon games. I got about 40 hours into Pearl, and kinda stopped. So much grinding :(.

I've been playing God of War: Ghost of Sparta. It's got that same "just one more save point" appeal of the other ones. Looks like 999 is gonna have to wait.

Pokemon has really evolved with this gen (excuse the pun) EV training has become vital and the storyline is a bit darker.

Crazytails, I don't think that reflects on the game but more on "our" generation.... people are all about reliving their child hoods right now...

Seeing how insanely popular these new Pokemon games are has got be curious to try it out too.

In any event, I finished Uncharted 2 the other day, it's hard to say with Yakuza 3 being so good, but possibly the best PS3 game I've played yet. Certainly one of the best games this gen.

ACtually, having said that, thinking about how many fantastic games there have been this gen (Yakuza 3, Mass Effect 2, Uncharted 2, Mafia 2, Arkham Asylum, Bayonetta etc) makes me wonder how anyone can hate it.

Been playing Wind and Water Puzzle Battles on my Caanoo, thanks to a GP2X Wiz emulator. So I'm playing a Wiz game in a Wiz Emulator on a Caanoo. lol

Also playing The Punisher, thanks to Mademan's recommendation, and played some Super Bust-A-Move on the PS2 last night.

Hoping to play Pier Solar and Puyo Pop Fever this week, if they arrive on time!

I've been playing Hyper-Himension Neptunia.  So far it's pretty weird.  Especially how you have to rely on the characters to heal themselves in battle.  It may be worth something someday, since it seems like it's hard to find.

Not yet, but it's on my list. It doesn't look all that appealing to me at first glance, but I've heard it's great. I think inFamous 2 is on it's way soon too, so more incentive for me to check it out.

For the time being though, now that I have finished Uncharted 2, I'm kinda just gonna wait until Yakuza 4 before starting anything major. To that end I've been playing a bit of Civ 5, MVC3 and today i tried out a bit of Motorstorm Apocalypse. First Motorstorm game I've played, it's quite fun, and i like the comic book cutscenes.

It didn't really interest me at first either. It's a really solid game though. It had a similar feel to Spider-man 2 on the last gen consoles. The powers that you get are pretty fun to mess around with too. It's a bit rough around the edges, but just enough that you know the sequel's going to be really fantastic.

Yakuza 4 and its MGS4 type install screen is the longest mandatory install I have had ... since Bioshock.

Puyo Pop Fever on the SEGA DC. Awesome game. Crazy that it released to the DC on February 24, 2004. It has everything! Bios hacks, VMU icons, a special disc image in the cd player. Oh yeah, and the game ain't half bad either ;)

Came out on the 15th.

OK, wtf.. now i'm pissed. I got 25k Mahjong bars or points or whatever you do to play. I played the easy table and left with '30k', when I left... said I had nothing. Couldn't trade in for prizes and the table didn't let me play again cuz I needed 25k to enter. WTF.

Thanks for stealing 25,000 yen :(
