During SEGA’s survey, they had a interesting bit where they asked fans what Sonic crossover games people were interested in. Franchises/companies included: Adventure Time, My Little Pony, Pixar, Capcom, Looney Toons, Disney, Nintendo, and of course Dragon Ball Z. I think its safe to say that Sonic the Hedgehog fans will find all these franchises appealing one way or another.

I’m 100% OK with Sonic crossover games, as long as they are handled with more care than we have seen with their Sonic & Mario At the Olympic Games titles. Can we not make them some low budget mini games compilation? That would be great.

Uh, where’s a url then? Anyone have it? I can’t find it on their website or any search engine. If this isn’t a hoax, I want proof so I can take the survey myself.
Sadly Gamespot didn’t put a link up to the survey and I haven’t been able to find it myself.

I’m guessing it was a follow-up survey sent to certain people based on how they replied to the previous survey? That’s… bothersome if that’s the case, not receiving an e-mail myself. Maybe because I wasn’t gung ho about them going mobile or their games as of late? I hope that’s not the case.
Personally, I’d prefer Sonic to stick to game-related crossovers. Out of that list, I’d stick with Nintendo or Capcom.
Well, very late reply but that really sucks. I sure hope whoever got to fill out a survey filled it out right!
All of them with out Nintendo.

How about Capcom we can see Streets of Rage and Final Fight interact with each other.

Outside of Capcom and Nintendo (and I’m not sold on either of those), these all sound disastrous for the image of the franchise. They need to wipe the dollar signs from their eyes (this will be about as profitable as a “SPAM”-“Fresh Step” Kitty Litter crossover) and realize that they have a long, hard road ahead of them to make this franchise relevant again, and stunts like this will only set them back that much further.
