Persona5: The Phantom X Now Available on PC and Mobile!

Calling All Phantom Thieves! Today, SEGA and ATLUS launched Persona5: The Phantom X on PC and mobile, inviting players into an all-new adventure set in the colorful and engrossing world of the legendary Persona series. In Persona5: The Phantom X, players will journey as a brand-new protagonist with the unique turn-based RPG gameplay and setting of Persona 5.

Persona5: The Phantom X™ is Now Available on PC and Mobile

Featuring a Brand-New Protagonist, Phantom Thieves, Thrilling PvE Mode, and More.

IRVINE, Calif. – June 26, 2025 – Let the heist begin! Today SEGA and ATLUS launched Persona5: The Phantom X on mobile and PC, inviting players into an all-new adventure set in the colorful and engrossing world of the legendary Persona series.

In Persona5: The Phantom X, players will journey as a brand-new protagonist with the unique turn-based RPG gameplay and setting of Persona 5. Leading a double life as a student and a Phantom Thief, players will build up life experience as a student and engage in various activities during the day, while at night, they will sneak into the Metaverse to steal Treasures and change the twisted desires of corrupt adults!

Also, to celebrate the incredible milestone of two million pre-registrations from players around the globe, we are excited to offer special rewards! These include a unique outfit for the Protagonist, free contract draws and free weapon draws.

Additionally, an original event based on Persona 5 will be held from the release date and Joker from Persona 5 will be available from a limited contract. The event will feature a wealth of original content, including appearances by familiar members of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts from P5, such as Ann, Ryuji, Morgana, and so on.

Key gameplay features can be found below:

• Return to Life as a Student – Players can build up life experience through part-time jobs and extracurricular clubs, featuring newly expanded City Life locations and activities unique to Persona5: The Phantom X. Familiar faces like Tae Takemi will also make an appearance.

• Experience The Thrilling Phantom Thief Life – Venture into the shadows to strengthen Personas, explore side dungeons and battles, which are jam-packed with new gameplay such as new PvE mode The Velvet Trials, new palaces, new Mementos and new Guild feature, which allows players to interact with one another in-game.

• Explore Modernized Combat – Using Persona 5’s combat system as a baseline, several new systems such as the HIGHLIGHT mechanic and new Navigator system are new to Persona5: The Phantom X. Combat isn’t limited to main story Palace exploration as a variety of unique combat challenges also await!

• Engaging New Side Stories – Various original side stories written and supervised by ATLUS will be at players’ fingertips via the Synergy System, where players can further their bonds with characters and live their school life to its fullest! Players can look forward to side stories with Merope, the Velvet Room attendant, Yaoling as well as other NPC events and side stories.

• New Charming Characters – Players can journey as a completely brand-new protagonist with a new band of Phantom Thieves, including multiple Phantom Idols and their Persona Duos. For the first time, players can see the juxtaposition between these two identities.
