Hopefully they don’t cut out stuff in like the original, where they thought the Answer X Answer quiz game was too Asian for a Western audience, when a big part of the appeal of the Yakuza series has always been the fact it has that culture in it, it doesn’t need to be Westernised, we don’t need it to be Americanised with a more cringe voice cast, though American voices sound a bit cringe to some, it has improved a lot since when Sega did the Americanised localisation for Shenmue II, it was so awful sounding compared to the native Dreamcast original in the JP/UK versions.

    • Tails and Cosmo forever says:

The English dubs for like a dragon are alright. But personally I prefer the original japanese cast. I also agree with you, Hopefully they won’t cut things out like they did for the original ps3 release. Dang! I gotta finish yakuza kiwami and soon! that and play zero and kiwami 2 when I finally get a switch 2.
