Hatsune Miku Project Diva has been making a ton of money on both the PSP and Arcades, but now the franchise is going to come to the Nintendo 3DS. The game tentatively being called “Hatsune Miku Project Mirari” (Mirari = future).
The game will obviously be supporting 3D, but that isn’t all. The device will support Augmented Reality cards. Basically, you will be able to get cards, that you put on a surface like your table and when you point the 3DS camera you will see a Hatsune Miku concert. AR concert is what SEGA will call it.
The game is scheduled to come out around March 2012 in Japan.

Of course, unless you have the means to get a Japanese 3DS there’s no way you can ever play this, but at least it’s fun reading about it.
I watched the Nintendo Conference stream, and even though I’m confused by the popularity of this character, that game looks freaking adorable.
