Update: Interview has been completed. Thanks for your contributions!
SEGA fan and Segalization contributor SuperSonicEX captured an amazing opportunity for a Q&A with UDON Entertainment! UDON Entertainment is responsible for, among other things: translation and publishing of the three Valkyria Chronicles art books, the History of Sonic the Hedgehog, and the Eyes of Bayonetta, alongside various Hatsune Miku and Vocaloid media.
We currently plan to send in our questions sometime this Wednesday, March 26th, but Segalization would like to give SEGA fans a chance to send in questions of their own for UDON to answer! For anyone interested in submitting a question, hit the jump to see the currently planned questions (so as to avoid overlap) and additional notes on how Segalization will handle any submitted questions.
We have twelve questions planned, and are willing to take three or four more. If you have a question you want to submit for UDON, post it in the comments section in this SEGAbits article or in the comments section for the related Segalization news post. When submitting your questions, we ask that you stick to ones that involve SEGA properties. Please be aware that Segalization will be deciding which questions to submit and cannot guarantee use of any particular question.
Thanks for your submissions! Stay tuned for the interview!

Are you planning on translating the latest Valkyria Chronicles artbook “Valkyria Chronicles: Duel”?
I have two questions –
1) Regarding translating manga’s, a manga called ‘SEGA Hard Girls’ has been released in Japan though i’m not sure if there are any plans for it to be brought to the rest of the world. The series is based around magical girls who represent different SEGA consoles. Is there any chance of seeing UDON translating this and bringing it out over here?
and/or
2) Now that UDON has worked with SEGA on a number of projects, what are the chances that UDON’s own in house team can create original comics based on SEGA licenses? Capcom’s Street Fighter series was handled really well by UDON, there are plenty of SEGA properties that would make great UDON comics. Panzer Dragoon, Skies of Arcadia, even Virtua Fighter has a storyline which is never fully explained in the games but could make a great comic series. Would it be possible for UDON to ever acquire some SEGA licenses for their own use?
Do you plan on making Artbooks for other SEGA franchises such as Panzer Dragoon or Yakuza?
Did the Valkyria artbooks reach/exceed their projected sales figures? Did Valkyria 3 make a difference? —– It would be interessting to know if due the lack of a western Valkyria 3 release the book sold less or even better…
