Good news. There was a longer wait for the first one so no biggie. Not like you can go to the movies right now anyways.

  2. DCGX says:

I was pleasantly surprised by the first movie, and really enjoyed it. Not a surprise they announced a sequel, and with Tails, but it sounds like the writer/director has a plan for these movies, so I’m looking forward to it.

You gotta keep Robotnicks robots and gadgets as close to the original games as possible. You can’t go wrong with a good plot twist and the characters being as true the role as possible…. Exact customs and visuals help….. Definitely time to go get a refresher course of Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 since that’s technically where we are with things….

I was really amazed at the redesign of Sonic the Hedgehog. The thing I’m looking forward to seeing is Sonic and Tails(as well as Doughnut Lord and Pretzel Lady) joining forces against Dr. Robotnik. The story in the first one was surprisingly entertaining. I can’t wait til the sequel comes out.

I thought there was talk they were going to bring Knuckles into the mix (another hedgehog character) but what the storyline is going to be we will have to wait n see. Thouroughly pleased that we got confirmation so quickly. Wether we can watch it in cinemas when it comes out, is still up for debate.. #bigthumbsup

  6. Finally, I need to wait almost 2 years for this movie to come out, I never watched the Sonic movie (both OVA and the 2020 film) unfortunately.

  7. Mikey says:

I don’t want game rehash films. I much rather see more exploration of the cartoons and comics while using the games as aesthetic tools. I’m tired of the dry bull of expecting sonic to just be a game character when there was several liberties taken in the first film and so much potential to try something different in the next…
