Yet another trailer for Anarchy Reigns, this time showing off game play for each of the characters that have been revealed so far. Jack, Zero, Sasha and Big Bull.
I’ve seen about 5 trailers for this game so far and I’m still not really sure what it’s all about… Other than multiplayer battles. I wish their trailers would have more information.
The last of Famitsu’s character trailers, this one is for Jack and his chainsaw Gator Tooth. For all of you guys that didn’t know, Jack is the lead character for MadWorld, the Wii exclusive title from Platinum Games.
The more I see these characters, the more I want to see online gameplay. No, scratch that, the more I want to play it myself!
Yet another Anarchy Reigns/Max Anarchy character trailer, the new online brawling game from Sega and Platinum Games.
This trailer highlights BIG BULL, another character from Platinum’s black and white ultra violent Wii game MadWorld.
According to Andriasang, Big Bull, the cyborg; a 31-year-old became a 2.88 meter tall 1.3 ton cyborg four years back. He uses the “Jet Hammer” as his weapon, so named because it usually serves as his jet propulsion system.
Those people that missed chatting up the hostess girls in Yakuza 3 will be glad to know that they are back for the fourth installment. Don’t believe us? Check out the trailer!
As for the demo, it will hit PSN on February 15th… if you are a Playstation Plus subscriber. For some reason, they thought it was a good thing to make this demo timed exclusive. Rest of us have to wait till February 22nd, a week later.
Above is the latest teaser trailer for Anarchy Reigns (Max Anarchy in Japan). The teaser shows off a familiar face, Jack from MadWorld, Platinum Games’ ultra violent Wii game.
Nothing about the game is really shown, outside the character models. It is a shame, I’m dying for game footage!
Check out the western announcement trailer for Super Monkey Ball 3DS! The trailer is all CGI and highlights the three games that will feature in Super Monkey Ball 3DS, classic Monkey Ball rolling, Monkey Fight and Monkey Race. There also seems to be a new bad guy on the block!
I’ve been a monkey ball fan since the first game but I’ve avoided the series since Monkey Ball Deluxe. This is due to the direction the series has taken, using the party games as more of a gimmick to show off a new control scheme instead of focusing on what’s important. Making fun, fleshed out games.
Super Monkey Ball 3DS seems to have returned to the ‘quality over quantity’ notion, and Monkey Fight and Monkey Race, two of my favourite party games, have returned, although they seem to have new gameplay mechanics. But unfortunately my favourite party game of the lot, Monkey Target is absent!
Seems that the weapons for Conduit 2 will be a mash up of other weapons found in popular FPS games, not that this is a bad thing. We have a gravity gun looking weapon and the “see enemies & shoot them behind walls” gun that was in Resistance 2, might have been in more games.
I thought the game was out next month but it seems to be delayed till March. This game best be awesome.
Sega sure are releasing a lot of great trailers today! Four new Valkyria Chronicles 3 trailers, two must see Yakuza Of the End trailers and now it is the turn of Total War: Shogun 2.
Another game that just keeps looking better, Shogun 2 is set to be the pinnacle of strategy gaming in 2011. With a return to the roots of the series, not only with the setting and era but a return to the sword based combat which made the series so great to begin with. This makes many Total War fans very happy, including myself!
The game has been refined in many areas not least the multiplayer mode which has really been fleshed out for the first time in a Total War game. The Multiplayer section of Shogun 2 could easily be a stand alone game. In multiplayer you build your own general and compete to be the ultimate ruler of Japan, the Shogun! At the end of each month the overall winner is given the golden shogun armour for bragging rights. Only one person in the whole world may wear this per month! Sounds fun!
Here are four new trailers for Valkyria Chronicles 3, each trailer highlights one of the three groups in the conflict. The East European Imperial Alliance (the bad guys), The Principality of Gallia (The good guys) and in the trailer you see above The Nameless. (The group you will be playing as in VC3)
The fourth trailer details some of the features you will get to use in the nameless barracks such as tank building and weapon modifying.
In my opinion this one looks like the best game in the series yet, far better then Valkyria Chronicles 2 at least.
Here is a new trailer for Conduit 2, the sequel to High Voltage’s 2009 first person shooter, The Conduit. Just like the original game Conduit 2 is a Wii exclusive.
Watching this trailer the game is giving me a very ‘Halo’ vibe, although I can’t help but be distracted by the sheer amount of jaggies. Will it be a good game or not? It’s hard to tell at this point.
For those eagerly awaiting a trailer of Marza (Former Visual Entertainment, known for the recent Sonic intros and Curse of the Werehog) latest work, the wait is finally over. Above you will find a teaser trailer for Space Pirate Captain Harlock, based on the popular Japanese comic series, sporting impressive visuals and showing flying spaceships and boat invasions. Currently there has been no announcement for when the film will be released.
The title says it all really. I think it was E3 2008 when this teaser trailer was first shown off behind closed doors. Somebody out there was good enough to film it, secretly off screen. The video quality left a lot to be desired. wobbly and out of focus if I remember correctly.
Rejoice, aliens fans! Someone has recently been kind enough to uploaded a perfect quality version of the same video. It hasn’t been officially released by Sega, so this is kind of old news. But still, it is very pretty.
As for the game, Aliens: Colonial Marines in a recent interview with Sega’s Alan Prichard the game was again confirmed to be in development and we should be hearing more about it in 2011. Fingers crossed!
Here is another Yakuza 4 character trailer. This trailer tells the back story of ‘good cop gone bad’ Masayoshi Tanimura who is on the hunt for his fathers killer… But not before he does some gambling.
Anyone reminded of Shenmue?
This could be the final character trailer for the game as all main characters have had their story told now. Unless they plan on doing trailers for the sub-characters or bad guys. That could be cool.
Taiga Saejima is basically Kazuma Kiryu times 2, he is twice as big and spent almost twice the amount of time in prison for something he didn’t do. Now he is released, will we be seeing bodies drop?
Another excellent trailer, a bit short, but good. Check it out.
Yeah, I watched this year’s VGA show. How was it? A lot better than the other years. SEGA even had a game at the show, isn’t that great? Well, I wish it was something more ‘amazing’ to show, like the Sonic 20th anniversary project or something.
Regardless of what I want, here is your trailer. You can moan below about how the graphics look amazing that it gave you a head rush.
