SEGA has revealed that they are planning to release six 3DS titles for their 2011 fiscal year (ending on March 2012). Out of the 6 titles, we know two of them, Super Monkey Ball and a Sonic title.
Since there are four titles that we know nothing about (not that we know much about the Sonic title, other than its a Sonic game), what do you think they will be?
Mike Hayes has stated they would like to do a House of the Dead and Aliens vs. Predator game on 3DS…

I suspect that if Mike mentioned it, it'll probably happen.
So I'm going with.
-Super Monkey Ball
-Sonic (Rush 3 maybe?)
-House of the Dead Overkill 2
-Alien vs Predator
Hardcore titles don't sell on Nintendo platforms. Past the initial early adoption hype bullshit, 3DS will have another casual shit storm once the price lowers as that is where the prime audience is for Nintendo products. Older gaming segments are going to be wowed by the disruption of PSP2 and continue to go for smartphones and tablets over dedicated handhelds.
One game, as I mentioned below, is Rika-chan 3DS, possibly a youg girls game.
