People want a new Sakura Wars game and it seems that the series developer, Red Entertainment, has something to announce soon. They updated their blog with a hint about a TGS announcement.
“The next time I handle the blog, I believe I will, for the first time in a while, be able to have a splendid announcement.”
The splendid announcement could be something else besides a new Sakura Wars. Even if its a new game, I doubt it will be released here. I head “Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love” didn’t do so hot.

Interview with NISA's president;
Q: A few months ago, NIS America released Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love on PlayStation 2 and Wii. How did that do? Did it exceed, perform to or was it not as good as your expectations?
Akenaga: Not as good as our expectations.

Really well done interview, and shows some rawness that we don't see from companies. Also, it confirms my suspicions of Sony's policies.
I think a lot of that was how tough it was to track down. It was almost impossible for me to track down a copy, and I haven't seen any since.
@Matty: Good find on that interview. I'm surprised they got Disgaea Infinite out on the PSP, but had such a hard time with Sakrua Wars 1+2
