Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F for Vita shows up at Sony’s booth

We finished telling you the other day that Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F was getting a white Playstation Vita bundle, seems that the vocaloid has more news up her sleeve for American gamers. It seems that the Vita game is being shown at Sony’s booth this year, but was re-titled to simply “Hatsune Miku” which makes sense. This is what SEGA Japan tweeted:

” A tech demo booth is set up with the game, but it’s still in Japanese. They’re excited to see the surprised reactions from fans touring the expo.”

It is sort of weird that SEGA West completely ignores the title, but SEGA Japan knows very well that its at E3 and at the Sony booth. No news if the game is actually going to come out in America or if Sony just wanted it on the show room floor to show off some of the Vita’s features. Maybe SEGA Japan is testing reaction from the public?

SEGA West is completely useless really, can’t really remember the last successfull move they did.
Any way, nice to hear about yet another game we can’t even get.

Sega Japan just needs to override the entire western branch of the company and release their own games, like they did with Miku Flick. Sega of America doesn’t even acknowledge that game’s existence.

True, SEGA West is useless, I wonder how some SEGA games released in the west even get marketing people listed in the credits, what do those marketing guys even do?

Then there’s SEGA of Japan, they do media presentations for each game during Tokyo Game Show, sometimes even multiple presentations for one game, and there’s also PSO2, which has got multiple media briefings since its announcement, while in the west…not even a teaser.

I see this as an obvious plus for SEGA Japan and Sony to include at the show, and also a sign of how desperate Sony may be for games to show off on Vita.

I really hope they get a good reaction and release the damn thing, even if exclusively on PSN. It’ll fit nicely into people’s collections of other rhythm games on Vita and 3DS.

No plans for this being released, but they are noting interest for it, according to SiliconEra:
    http://www.siliconera.com/2012/06/06/why-is-there-a-translated-demo-of-hatsune-miku-project-diva-f-at-e3/

That was the word from Sega’s First-Party Coordinator.
Suck harder, SEGA West. (Although, to be a teensy bit fair, as segaismysavior said, it could also be likely that Sony just wanted to show that the Vita actually has games)
