I’ve finished Aliens CM twice: on normal and hardened difficult.
It is not as bad as many people claim it to be. For sure it’s not great, but I’d rank it as an ‘average’ shooter.
Have you played the Stasis Interrupted DLC ?
A game that has been in development for as long as it has should rank much better than “average”; most especially after all that hype the developer was trying shovel. I didn’t spend $59 so I could play a glitch-ridden, poorly written, below average shooter….
It’s below average for many reasons beyond simple gameplay. The only thing that was actually good, in my opinion, was the music. Otherwise, it’s just “bleh”.
No, I didn’t play that DLC nonsense. I read the story and it just pissed me off. The gameplay was exciting enough to warrant the expense, personally, so I let that one pass me by.
