Kind of disappointed with Sega and their lack of pride in themself and their IP that they used to have, they suspended their own mainline domestic console series and downsized, but that’s just hardware, but now they are even doing the same with their own software now, by not just outsourcing their own IP to other companies instead of doing it themselves, but now selling out their own characters into other companies games, so it’s not just Sega games on non-Sega hardware, but now Sega characters and assets in non-Sega games, if this is supposed to be the future or something with the future of the micro-transaction models, it doesn’t bode well for the future of Sega’s native software projects.

The only thing that’s been done right recently was the new hardware Sega MegaDrive/Genesis mini, where Sega made sure it got done right by handling it themselves.
But they are selling off their own characters and IP to others like the Virtua Fighters into a Nintendo game of all places instead of doing the proper thing and getting on with Virtua Fighter 6 and bringing that purity back.
