If you go to the Nintendo of America product page in the Wii’s U.S. channel it will reveal that the game will support both classic controller and Gamecube controller, for those of you that hate motion.
This is great, if it turns out to be true. But Nintendo EU’s listing for Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing said it supported the Gamecube controller, which it did not. So who knows.

I hope this turns out to be true. I don't want to control games like this with the standard wiimote. I'd rather use a classic pro or GC controller for this game.
The classic pro is a pretty sweet controller.
