Do you reqonize the name? Alan Pritchard is moving to the U.S., from his old job in SEGA London. In London, he was managing director, now he will be VP of sales and marketing for SEGA of America.
“All of our central brand marketing initiatives will be done with Sega West in mind, rather than having our team in America going in one direction and our team in Europe going in another,” –Alan Pritchard (VP of Sales and Marketing)
So, what about the rest of the job shuffle? Hit the jump to see those.
So, if Pritchard is not at SEGA of Europe, who will be managing director? Good question, that position will be filled by Jurgen Post. Also means that European marketing director, Gary Knight, will now be VP of brand marketing; while Gary Dunn (managing director of European development) is now SVP of development. Gary Rowe (Commerical director) gets a bump to SVP of publishing and content.
What am I going to be doing now? Going to be shouting outside of SEGA of San Francisco, “Run, the red coats are coming and they want your jobs!”

I'm not gonna lie. That was awesome.
I love it, I love it when their is job growth when old members move on to higher executive positions rather than having Assholes from rival firms become president.
I am looking at you Bernie and Simon!
