It definitely sounds like it's for arcade.
I am really hoping for an HD Monkey Ball with a level creator, but 3DS makes sense. The only thing that pops to mind is that Blitz was also in the title for the first Wii release but… I guess that does not make guessing this any easier!
Its almost pointless saying this now… But I'll do it AGAIN.
I'm really only interested if they remember quality over quantity for the mini games and bring back the depth and fun games like Monkey Target, Monkey Fight, Race and a few others…
Instead of using the mini games as some kind of shitty tech demos showing off what the console can do and end up not being very fun, deep or ever worth revisiting.
