Rhythm Thief & The Emperor’s Treasure gets European launch trailer

Even though we recently have been hit by the recent layoff news, SEGA is set to release Rhythm Thief & The Emperor’s Treasure on April 5th in Europe. Here is the game’s launch trailer above. If you want to see the euro website, click here. Has samples of some of the awesome music you will find in the full game.

Sadly if you live in America, like me, you will have to wait all the way till July 10th to get your hands on this game. That isn’t very fair, now is it?

You know what I was thinking about halfway through the trailer? The gameplay looks pretty cool but overall it looks kinda…gay. I mean, if that’s your thing I’m not bashing it.

But then it got to the halfway point and they introduced the cute girl and the Roman emperor and it just became chaotic and piqued my interest for sure

The cutscenes look great and honestly, this looks like the most stylish game I’ve ever seen. The music is beautiful, and the story looks very compelling. This is one of those games that feels more like an experience than a game. The gameplay looks fun, but honestly, I’m more interested in the story and the music.

It really captures that wacky SEGA vibe, something that I feel has been missing for a looooong time.
