So, what can we complain about this time? He runs… too fast? No, his shoes are the wrong red! He should be left handed!
But in all seriousness, personally I think this game is looking very, very good. Are people going to find things to complain about? Of course they will. But I’m seeing 2D game play, I’m seeing just Sonic playable, badniks, zones, platforming, no voice acting, no bad scripts, no shitty pop music. So, my personal biggest complaints have been delt with.
Will it have its faults? I guarantee it! Will it be the closest thing to classic Sonic we have seen in 15 odd years? I’m betting on yes.
Also If I’m not mistaken, this seems to be a newer build of the game. The Sonic model looks slightly different, moves slightly different. But I’ll let our forum members do the analyzing.
This awesome new story trailer for Vanquish has got me right pumped!
To be quite honest I haven’t really been looking forward to the story of Vanquish I suspected it might be a bit of a throw away story to help set up the mad situations the main character may find himself in. Like Bayonetta. I’m in love with the game play in demo though.
However now, after this frankly very cool trailer, I’m excited for both. Bring on Vanquish!
Here is the Yakuza 4 announcement trailer, a bit late, since it was announced awhile back. Regardless, its coming out Spring 2011, for those of you who want to skip to the end.
I noticed that in the Western trailers, SEGA is afraid to let the characters talk, because they assume all Americans are afraid of Japanese speak. Well, we are, thank you SEGA.
Slide into action with Vanquish from Platinum Games, pre-order the pack from specific retailers to get pre-order downloadable content in the form of the Tri-Weapon Pack!

Wow! SEGA sure is dropping a load of info on us! The SEGA Blog unleashed tons of information pertaining to our hero’s next adventure: Sonic Colors! You like how I tied in all the 3D Sonic game titles into that last sentence? After the jump: a press release, DS box art and a new trailer!
For those worrying about the same level repeating itself again and again, the latest trailer show cases a new forest level and some new baddies Sam will have to take care of, including a robotic dog and a giant robot which he takes down in a fashion reminiscent to one of Mikami’s previous games.
Here is a brand new trailer showing off some of the new moves you will be pulling off in Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown… If you ever get to play it that is!
This my friends is the very first trailer of Shogun 2:Total War, the next game is what is arguably the best RTS series around.
Everything you see in this trailer was taken using the in-game engine. I’m sure you will agree it’s quite beautiful and the animations are superb.
Here is the latest trailer for Vanquish, in this trailer it just has gameplay with some techno soundtrack in the background. Its amazing seeing how much is going on screen at once and frame rate stays solid.
The game will be out in October worldwide, pre-order it at some stores to receive free DLC weapon pack.
Today the new Black Panther: New Yakuza Chapter trailer goes up on the interwebs. It shows off some of the cutscense that remind me of the Metal Gear Solid PSP games. The guys at AndriaSang have translations and in-depth info.
If you fast forward some more it will show the fighting, multiplayer and even the mini games. Something I never understood about games like this, do they hire someone to do the punching sound effect? Why is the sound effect so comical? I mean, no one really sounds like that when they are being punched!

Another ‘trailer’ for Tourament of Legends, High Voltages fighter for the Wii.
Not much to say about the game really… Bad trailer, poor graphics, crappy character design, waggles game play… Any hint of skillful game play seems to have gone out of the window a long time ago.
It’s basically everything I avoid in one game. The Wii audience will love it.
Another excellent trailer for the upcoming Virtua Fighter sequel has hit the internet. Really nicely put together and showcasing the entire cast once again.
The trailer is all in CGI, just extended from what we have seen before. The song playing in the trailer is Reach for the Stars featuring Paul Makhlouf from Cash Cash.
The trailer shows Sonic using the blue wisp power and zipping through a level and destroying a bunch of baddies in the end. The game is coming out Holiday 2010 on Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS.
A new trailer for ‘Neptune’. Sega and Compile Heart’s PS3 exclusive RPG. This trailer shows off game play for the first time and some of the ‘summons’ you can do which happen to be based on Master System era Sega IPs. This trailer shows Alex Kidd, Shinobi and Space Harrier.
If you are interested in this game I have a funny feeling it may never release outside of Japan. So you’ll probably have to import.
As for me, I’m not sure what to think of this game yet. But it is a pretty funky concept!
