SEGA not planning to re-enter hardware business

Believe it or not, this is not a real console.

You have probably already read all those rumors by Zach Morris, you know, those rumors that SEGA is going to re-enter the hardware business? Well, Mike Hayes says it is not true.

“Absolutely not. We’re a software company. We certainly won’t be getting back into hardware, that’s for sure.”

Though, even if it was true, you think he would let something this big slip? But obviously it isn’t true, Zach Morris has been making rumors up like this since SEGA went third party. Nothing to see here.

This is the most pathetic comment SEGA ever stated! You should get back to hardware SEGA get a hold of yourselves and enter the next gen gaming the way you did on the 16 bit era and you ruled, like you did on the 32 bit era and you rocked, like you did on the 128 bit era and you owned their asses! Wake the Holy Beast called SEGA NOW! for Gamings' shake!

I like the superfluous wrist strap on the back (to prevent you from dropping it when you carry it one-handed everywhere you go) and those huge (presumably) memory card ports on the front.

Someone needs to ask about Shenmue 3's status every once in a while. We get that SEGA doesn't want to talk about consoles anymore.
