When Mike Hayes came into power he was all about uniting the western territories, what ever happend to that plan?

Yes SEGA is much more united than it was in the past but we still have Sega of America, Europe, Australia, Germany etc doing their own thing.

… you can't cater to all of the West. People in Europe don't like the same things that people in America like. See: Football Manager. Again, America has their own community team, Europe has their own. It would be a tad expensive to fly out the community team to Europe all the time to get things like 'Play test' done with Europe sites.

That is not how it works.

George typos are the best XD

I love the thumbnail, too. Reminds me of Sonic waggling his finger.

Show me a videogame company that has done more for the Japanese aid effort?!

Also… What on earth are you complaining about Cube. I'm not sure how this is the place to bring this topic up but of course there will be a Sega group in various countries catoring to their own people. That is just good buisness sense.

They are closer on an internal, behind the scenes level.

Wow people are betting high. It's impossible to compete 🙁

My thoughts exactly. I really wanted that Dreamcast hoodie.

Some awesome stuff there. Whoever wins these auctions are definitely lucky people.

And it's for a great cause too, which is very nice.

Aren't you a psychologist? =P You should be able to handle situations better then how you just did.

    touche :p

  11. $355 for the hoodie!?!?!

I'm starting to think I'll hold onto the ones SEGA is sending me for the contest winners. Buy a few copies of Panzer Dragoon Saga with that.

    I kid, I kid. 😉

Maybe not more, but Aksys Games, Overdrive, Irem probably made the biggest effort by canceling their newest game (out of respect, but that had to have cost them).

But, this isn't pissing contest. I'm glad that many made an effort to help people out. Even an emo lazy ass like myself did what I could.

And, for once, I agree with cube. I feel like Aaron is trying to posses my powers. Sexy powers.

@ Matty, I suspect those companies will release there games at a later date just as I suspect Sega will do with Yakuza of the End of which the release date is now TBA even though it has been finished, gone gold and ready to be sold.

Don't forget Sega have also contributed 200 million yen + the sales of Football Manager App, Sonic games for iOS and more.
