I know I was going to get like 80 messages asking me who the winners were, if all I did was message the winners like I was planning to do. So why not make one post where they can all gander at the winners? If you didn’t win, sorry, as you can tell there where quite a few entries. So lets get to it.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed with SEGA to give away some digital copies of their latest game in the Yakuza franchise, Yakuza 0! For those not in the know, Yakuza 0 is an action-adventure game with beat ’em up gameplay, RPG elements and a slew of mini-games. The game takes place in 1988, before all the other canon Yakuza games, and puts you in control of Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima. We loved the game, and we’re sure you will to, which is why we’re so happy to be giving away copies to three lucky winners!

SEGA’s Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X, releasing August 30th to Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita, can be sampled today via a demo that just launched. To celebrate the release of the demo, we’re teaming with SEGA to give away a Hatsune Miku wall scroll and art cloth – with the cloth featuring work by Shirow Miwa. The artwork on each piece is awesome, I especially love the pose on the wall scroll featuring a Miku salute. During an E3 live stream today, SEGA Europe promised a big announcement for EU Sonic fans. After sitting through a few trailers for upcoming SEGA titles, Aaron Webber joined SEGA Europe Community Manager Dan Sheridan to announce Sonic the Hedgehog’s 25th Anniversary EU Super Fan competition. The competition sets out to find the “biggest Sonic Super Fan in the European Union”, and to do this they are asking for video submissions no more than 5 minutes long showcasing their fandom and creativity. One overall winner will get the chance to join the Sonic Team in San Diego for the 25th Anniversary event (all expenses paid), while 10 runners up will each win 1 ticket to the sold-out Summer of Sonic event in London.
Interestingly, the contest fails to take into account that a true Sonic Super Fan would have already booked a flight, hotel, and obtained tickets for the San Diego party. Full contest details can be found here.
Yakuza 5 for Playstation 3 is 25% off through April 5th, and to celebrate we’ve teamed with SEGA to give away eight Yakuza 5 t-shirts featuring the franchise’s iconic dragon emblazoned on the front and back. We’re especially excited for Yakuza 5‘s temporary sale as it means more people will play the game and in turn the fanbase will grow. The Yakuza franchise is an incredible series of games filled with rich stories, fun and interesting characters and varied gameplay.

The crossover tactical RPG Project X Zone 2: Brave New World, developed by Monolith Soft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment is finally here for Nintendo 3DS.
